Jeffrey L. Evans
Jeff Evans has practiced law in Central Ohio since 1981. He has a wealth of experience representing individuals and small businesses in all aspects of real estate, estate planning, business, business succession planning and elder law.
Scott L. Hoffman
Scott Hoffman practiced law with a large firm in New York and Washington D.C. before joining the firm in 1996. He has represented financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, governments, small businesses and individuals in a variety of U.S. and international legal matters. He has written extensively about business law and project finance.
Ian N. Evans
Ian Evans is a 2013 graduate of Ohio Northern University Claude W. Pettit College of Law. He joined the firm in November 2013. He practices primarily in business law, real estate, guardianships, probate and estate planning.
Robert E. Evans, Jr.
Robert E. Evans, Jr. practiced law in Union County for over 50 years.
A 1955 graduate of Ohio Northern University, he was salutatorian of his class. Bob was admitted to the Ohio Bar later that year. In 1955 he formed Allen & Evans, with Robert F. Allen.
In 1957, just two years after he graduated from law school, Bob was elected as the first Union County Judge. Judge Evans held that position until 1960. In 1960, he became the Marysville Municipal Court Judge, a position he held until 1982.
In 1981, the firm name became Evans & Evans when Jeffrey Evans joined the practice.
Judge Evans served on many boards, including as a founding member of the Union County Foundation.
